Wonderful location!

This was perfect for us! A couple blocks to the action on Duval St but super quiet! No trouble finding parking! The unit is cute and has everything we needed. The pool was clean, a nice kitchen area. Overall everything was great and we were very pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and this location certainly seemed quiet and private but close to everything. Really enjoyed the private pool start the day with some sun and a great way to cool off after a fun day in Key West.

Cozy Place Just 2 Blocks off Duval!

Small cozy place, lovely feel and a great little pool with seating area as well as a nice barbecue area with a table. Close to the southern most point and 2 blocks of Duval. Room was small but cozy, gets the job done.

Amazing location and rental

The team provided a seamless process and the room was perfect for me and my husband. The heated pool was a huge plus! Walking distance to everything, but far enough away that there was no nightly noise. We will definitely be back…the husband is already looking at dates for the fall. Thank you!!

The Claude Monet was great. The location worked well for us. We walked to all attractions, including the beach. We also were able to find a parking spot right in front of residence.

A great place for a couple to stay! Heated pool was really nice and the location was good for those who want to be close to things but not by all the noise. Bed was really comfy and the A/C was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect room with all the amenities you need! We loved the little pool and were able to walk/bike ride to everything! Very grateful for the ride to and from the airport in the fancy Electric Cadillac!

Loved this place. Company top notch ! Let us check in early and provided shuttle service to and from ferry. Easy check in clean place has everything you need. Will stay with them anytime I’m in key west. Place is small good for 2 people we had 3 and we were comfortable bed was comfortable one of us slept on the couch.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The efficiency suite was small but functional, with a kitchenette, living area, and basic amenities like dishes, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TVs, and free internet. It was good enough for a short stay, and I appreciated the plenty of towels and shampoo. However, the room strongly smelled of disinfectant and needed airing out. The lighting and fans could use upgrading, the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and coffee supplies were minimal. There was a pool available, though I didn’t use it. Overall, acceptable but not especially comfortable.

The walls were dirty. There was no spacula in the room. The fan blades were dirty. The curtain in the bath room has mold. No extra garbage bags. The pool jets were not working correctly and the temperature of the water of the pool was 95 degrees. Not very refreshing. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
