The main floor’s open living area is nice for gathering, with a fully equipped kitchen and half bath. Upstairs, the second floor has a queen bedroom and a separate sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, both opening onto a wide porch with views of the pool and yard. The top floor has two more bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with two twins (convertible to a king)—plus a Jack and Jill bathroom, making it easy for families or friends to spread out.
