2 bedrooms 1 bath {queen and 2 twins (or we can convert the 2 twins to a king bed with a king converter) plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and cooking accessories.

All towels and linens, including beach towels.
Central air & ceiling fans.
Second floor condo with two outdoor balconies (one covered and one uncovered).
Large shared Shipyard pool located just steps away.

Located in prestigious Truman Annex at Mile Marker 0 - location, location, location. Shipyard Condos are right at the entrance to Ft. Zachary Beach and next to Mallory Square and those famous nightly Sunset Festivals and just two blocks from Duval Street and all of the shops, restaurants, night clubs and museums. While we provide a parking spot, you will not need a car!

Except for festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Meeting of the Minds, and Powerboat Races, we generally require Saturday-Saturday rentals so if your dates are not Saturday-Saturday please email us with your dates prior to booking so that we can check our calendar to see if an exception is possible.

Amazing, Comfortable & Clean

Beautiful and convenient inside the amazing Truman Annex complex. With a full kitchen and comfortable beds, this place has everything you need. We've stayed in Craig and Cindy’s properties in the past, and they are just great to deal with. This unit is within walking distance to literally everything. You do not need a car, but they do provide 1 parking spot, if you decide to get one. We loved this unit due to it's front balcony facing the street. Perfect place to people/rooster watch in the mornings while having coffee. A special thank you to Randy, the Property Mgr. & Iveta, the Housekeeping Mgr. We left something behind and they made sure we got it back!...Thank you Craig & Cindy for another fabulous, fun Key West vacation! We'll be back!

Fantastic stay!

I stayed for a week with my 8-year old son. The apartment is very cute, clean and has everything that we would ever need during our stay. Can’t beat the location- it’s close to everything, beautiful, quiet and safe. There’s pool but also 10-15 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to beautiful playground/splash pad. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels. We loved every minute and plan to come back in the future. Thank you!
