Staff were very helpful especially the young man at checking, and the maintenance man that helped us find our room. Hotel was clean, nice, the restaurant was very nice, they have shuttle into town. The only thing that I could say on the contrary is that the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was broken, otherwise I was satisfied with our stay

Beachside was a good location for our visit to Key West. The room was tiny and never expected two twin + beds. There was no way four people can fit in this room. The pool & hot tub were good size and temp but the hot tub jets don’t work.

The room was nice/updated. Regardless of this, roaches are unacceptable. The grounds were mixed with other properties and it was difficult to decipher which buildings were part of which properties.
