Located within Truman Annex, Key West's most premier address, you are only a minute from the fine restaurants, shops, and galleries of Duval Street. Sit on your 40 foot veranda and cool off in the gentle trade winds as you watch the world go by. Your unit has central air, washer/dryer, updated furnishings, HDTV, queen size bed, and beautiful hardwood floors. Quiet and peaceful, your 1 bedroom/1 bath unit, is unique in the Shipyard and will be the perfect accommodation as you savor the paradise that Key West offers.

Truman Annex Review

We had a great stay at this property. The listing was very accurate and the space was beautiful. And the location was perfect. We highly recommend the specific condo. The only issue we had was that they were painting the exterior, including the decks outside the bedroom, wanting to start quite early, and had not alerted The realty company about their schedule so we could prepare.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at Key West to find the condo we rented (privately for 15+ years) had been sold and the owner failed to notify us. A call to Oscar @ Compass Realty & some quick work produced this condo to rent. Shipyard Condos is the perfect place to stay in Key West! Close to Duval, parking (you really don't need a car), a great pool & overall very nice people that are respectful (read no loud parties, etc.) Blue Marlin is a beautifully furnished very high class condo. We stay in a lot of condos during travel & this by far had the highest class furnishing & decorating, simply beautiful but also welcoming. The only negatives were quiet a bit of street & chicken noise & it is on the second floor so you must be able to climb stairs.

You cannot beat the location. You are close enough to walk to everything you want to see and do but secluded enough that the evenings are quiet. The place is clean, nice, and well stocked. You will have everything you need.
