Sorry again you already got a full refund and now is the termites seazon when they get wings and migrate flying in the air and getting through every hole possible. ORKIN already took care about it just don't be so hard on us because you got a full refund and you used to live in Florida so you much know that the termites it's a nonstop battle against the hill. Sometimes you can see a cloud of them and they get in your ears, mouth, eyes - everywhere.

Thank you for your review! We are moving forward updating all the couches, furniture, light fixtures, linens and curtains. We are going also to refresh the paint so its clean and new. We cannot wait to take new pictures and post them online.

For somebody who expects to have all amenities and comfort I'd advise to go with other resorts that are sold out long time before not available and expect to pay more for this location or to be far away from downtown. We give an opportunity to stay in small and crowded Key West that has such a big demand that cannot offer everything and satisfy every body.

We do have 2 free parking spaces in the back of the building first come first serve. It's hard with parking because its downtown but its possible to find free parking near by. There is also long term parking available within walking distance. For somebody who expects to have all amenities I'd advise to go with other resorts that have also all accommodations and expect to pay more for this location or to be far away from downtown. Every body wants to stay in Key West and there is no enough parking and accommodations for people who understand us we give an opportunity to stay there and experience what locals do some noise from the bars and crowing roosters all night and no enough parking.

Im sorry to hear that in my defense I'd like to explain that the property was for sale previous owner didn't do any improvements but the new owner takes it into consideration and working on updates. We changes the sleep bed sofas, new linens and towels to make guests comfortable and happy. We need to explain that a lot of people wants to stay in small Key West and there is no enough parking and accommodations for people who understand us we give an opportunity to stay there and experience what locals do a lot of noise from the bars and crowing roosters all night and no enough parking. Yes its downtown a lot of noises from the bars nearby and crowing roosters all night. Thats what locals experience every day. If somebody looking for quiet I'd suggest to stay away from downtown.

We do aware of the noises its downtown busy street a lot traffic, noises from the bars nearby till 5 am and crowing roosters. We have other reviews that people said that the beds are fine didn't say about any bugs so we don't understand why but we will keep it in mind. I'd suggest for people who wants all amenities to look for other resorts that cost more for this location and not available for small Key West so we appreciate the opportunity to be able to accommodate in this area who appreciate that working on to improvements.
