Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The windows don't open, especially on the third floor so one needs to have the air conditioning on all the time with fan blowing; the stairway to the primary suite is a hazard; location is great but I would never stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in the old area of Key West, close to Duval and the seaport. There is a parking spot which we loved having. The inside was clean, but very cozy with large pieces of furniture making maneuvering difficult when having guests. Our liaison host, Melanie, was extremely helpful. Sadly we were not able to use the upstairs master bedroom and bath. The railing to that area only went half way to the second floor and we needed a full railing. There were some issues with insects but that was quickly taken care of by Melanie. Overall the house is in a prime location , yard was very small but had a nice wading pool, and if one could access the upstairs that would provide more needed space.

The upstairs master bedroom was cool and the house was well designed to use every inch of space. The backyard and pool were extremely relaxing and quiet. Great neighbors and a quiet one-way street. The backyard landscaping was well done and well maintained. The location is close enough to Duval but adequately separated. Our property manager was extremely helpful and super responsive which made for a seamless stay. We would highly recommend this house and the property management team.
