This was a nice place to stay. Provided is a place to sleep and keep our belongings. The pool was not heated and the wifi was spotty. We learned they offered complimentary shuttle to airport but didn't know they had it until the end of the trip. Would have been nice to know when we needed a ride from the airport. All in all it was a nice stay.

The room was as described. Very clean and cozy. It was perfect for a 2 night stay for me and my wife. As description stated,it is small. Im a big guy and couldnt turn around in shower. Also,the bathroom sink leaks. Other than that it was a nice little room.

Room was a 2/4 not enough room to turn around very uncomfortable due to size and barely have room to shower. The bathroom faucet very loose as well as the shower faucet. An update needs to be done with pieces of wood rotting by bathroom door. Neighborhood was dark and scary at night

The place and location were great just some extra wear and tear not showed in the original listing. My only major complaint is that there wasn’t a normal sized garbage can and there wifi wasn’t reliable. I stayed with one other person so if you are cooking your own food or ordering in there is no room for the garbage besides the already small counter top. It worked fine for the 3 night we were there but any stays that are longer might become a little crowded.

Unfortunately, an unaffiliated neighbor's renovation project next door created plumbing issues that affected our shower. The moment we reported the problem, the staff immediately offered us several alternative units to choose from - and we actually ended up in an even nicer accommodation! The team didn't just relocate us; they cheerfully helped carry all our luggage and went out of their way to ensure we felt taken care of throughout the process.What could have been a vacation disaster turned into a showcase of outstanding customer service. The staff's genuine concern for our comfort and their quick, proactive solution made all the difference. When unexpected problems arise, this is exactly the kind of response you hope for. Their warmth and professionalism have earned my loyalty - this will definitely be my go-to place for all future Key West visits!

This is great value all the way with devoted managers willing to above and beyond. Yes the bathroom is small I am a big dude and it was tight however we really didn’t have any reason to be indoors except when sleeping and showering what’s great experience, free laundry service, complementary shuttle to and from the airport and they even helped with early and late checkout when our flights where janky.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The bathroom was extremely small, which was explained in the listing, but my husband had to stand sideways to take a shower. The room was clean but had clearly not been dusted above eye level for quite some time. We loved how close the space was to the southernmost point and the beach. We also rented bicycles that were dropped off to us and picked up when we were finished. We would highly recommend.

Location is the best part of this place! It's close to everything (walkable) and the parking on the street is free. It's VERY small but well appointed and organized. Cute little pool area in the back. Host was very responsive and nice. We would definitely stay again.

It worked pretty well for us

This is a cozy space, but the place was clean and well-equipped. Be sure to use the 3 under-the-bed-drawers as the storage is limited. Good shower in a small bathroom. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, shops, and tourist sites within walking distance. Given the price, it is a good deal.They company has a shuttle for the airport, but it is not available before 8 AM. For the most part, communication with the property management was good, although it took a couple of calls on the last day.If you can do cozy, it is a good place to stay in KW.

A great place to stay! Very close to Duval street so it was very walkable. Pool was fantastic to have and very convenient to have free use of washer and dryers.

This property is perfect walking distance to most attractions and excursions, if you do not have a unit in the first floor as soon as you walk onto the property make sure you ask for the hallway access code as that was not made clear that it was needed. The bathroom is VERY small and is not ideal for tall individuals or any plus size individuals ( just being very honest because I would not want that surprise upon check in.) There is storage for clothing under the bed. The heated pool was an added plus and the property was very clean. Make sure you take advantage of the deals given by the property owners with associated restaurants and excursions.

This rental is well appointed, and has everything you could need for your stay in Key West, short or long, with small desk/table space, kitchenware and appliances, ironing tools. High ceilings and great AC were a plus. The host was excellent at communicating and accommodating. Location was unbeatable, close to the Southernmost Point and nearby beaches, Fort Taylor State Park and its beautiful beaches, and the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Duval Street. We highly recommend and would book again.

Just what we needed

Overall we had a great stay at the Van Gogh studio, great location, perfect size for a couple, and super friendly staff. The shower is quite small if you are of taller build, but still gets the job done. Only “complaint” is that the TV is almost unusable, just very slow and old and struggled to load any streaming services, other than that, we had a great stay!
