“Food was abosolutely delicious and the variety of options extensive. Even chef went out of his way to prepare Gluten Free options! Thank you!!”

“The room was clean, the bed comfy.The room was not expensive. The staff did not seem friendly and the service was grudging. This is apart from the manager who was very friendly. The food at the bar was average, the chips were cold and hard. It is not possible to sit out by the pool as we hoped as the metal lounge chairs were old and covered in dirt and leaves. The few cushions were dirty and damp.”

“Room clean and comfy. Food was very good. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. There was a problem with the pool and out of use but the staff were very helpful and cleaned the pool which enabled us to use.”

“1. Insects galore 2. Wifi was broken 3. TV thus didnt work, 4. Aircon batteries dead 5. only chair in room was broken 6. Shower kept backing up so drainage issues 7. 1 plugpoint 8.Cup for coffee had non existent handle hold, even my pinky couldnt fit into gap 9. Overall play area was neglected( for years) 10. Reception didnt answer the 3 times we called, but eventually WA worked 11. Mostt of the rooms on our block connect onto a large awning, so no views Overall , NOT the best stay”
