“ We had an incredible stay at Umoya Lodge in Pilanesberg and couldn’t recommend it more. The game drives were absolutely amazing, made even more special by our ranger, Rassie, who was knowledgeable, passionate, and a joy to spend time with. We saw so much wildlife and every drive felt like a true safari adventure. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the lodge itself is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day out……

“It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. “very nice surprise, a lot of history to the place especially if you are into the anglo boer war, Paul Kruger etc. Met the owner, Robert Forsyth, very nice and friendly person, full of knowledge about South African History. The room we were in was very spacious, it also included a sizeable bathtub. There are 60 something rooms in the lodge but they appear to be spread out as I only saw maybe a dozen which made the place very private. I would highly recommend Kedar lodge if you are don't want the……

“The lodge was very clean and tidy. The owner and security made me feel very welcome and safe and nothing was to much to ask. The property has a hike up the ridge behind for great views. You could if you wanted to hike to mountain sanctuary its about 2 hours there and another 2 hours back. It was well located just off a main road. Giraffe, Zebra all came onto property to feed on the land which was quite exciting.”
