"We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. "We would not recommend this to others. We started out with a bed cover missing for one of the duvets when we arrived, batteries for the remote control to work and other things. There was one roll of toilet paper and when we wrote we needed more, the comment was inappropriate. The area was among bars and discos and very deserted. "New build hotel with small pool, large rooms, equipped kitchen and huge bed! Laundry can be done on site and you can also hire a scooter without need for deposit or passport which is handy. 300 baht deposit needed for room key on arrival, worth noting.
