「Das Economy-Zimmer ist ein unzumutbares kleines Kabuff, mit Mini-Bett und unmöglichem Weg zum Badezimmer, so dass wie in den sauren Apfel beißen mussten und den Aufpreis von 18,50 Euro für ein Normalziimmer gezahlt haben. 「We booked through Expedia the Suite with Balcony room. Upon arrival, we were greeted and our booking was located. The receptionist, who seemed a bit air-headed and confused, gave us our key and told us there is no elevator. It was the smallest room and not what we booked. We went back to reception and asked for the $91 room we paid for and she said it is not available as the sink faucet in the bathroom was not working. 「Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road.
