You won't need the car for almost everything, beach, walking tracks, shops, cafe's, restaurants, harbour and more.

Noisy and dirty
The deck and floor was extremely dirty. The front door to the apartment complex (which shares a wall with ours) slammed very loudly with people coming in and out frequently, starting from as early as 6 am. The sound was extremely loud in our apartment and reverberated through the hall/apartment, and woke us up, and made it impossible to get back to sleep as it was ongoing. I emailed and texted the contact re a fix or move and never heard back.
