Completely renovated by custom homebuilder Harper Construction in 2018.

The pristine villa at 5530 Green Dolphin Way comes with a myriad of modern extras. It enjoys oak hardwood flooring finished in place throughout the villa with only the exception of pale ceramic tile in the baths.

Step through the door into the foyer, and you’ll see the open kitchen to your left. The stainless-steel Blomberg® appliances are all new, including the side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker.

To one side is a sunlit breakfast nook with a row of nearly floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the pond views and a glass door to the screened porch, with its own panoramic water views and an outdoor dining set seating four.
