Wedding trip to Kiawah

Everything about the house was perfect - location, size of the rooms, how great the kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware etc. Our three kids and their spouses all commented that this is a house that we should rent again. And we definitely will! Ideal house for a family.

Amazing Kiawah house on the marsh

We had the best stay at this Kiawah home on Clay! It was clean, decorated to perfection, the layout was great with our grown children and the view was outstanding. Will definitely be back!

Golf trip 2024

Beautiful Place!

I have no complaints. This place was exactly as advertised and beautiful. Very peaceful surroundings. My daughter is autistic and was very comfortable here. Kiawah Island is just amazing and relaxing! The rental company was super responsive and helpful the whole time. I would 100% recommend this place.

Perfection

We had the best week in Kiawah. The weather was perfect and nice meals. But staying at Marsh Pointe put the week over the top. We can’t believe the owners allow people to rent this beautiful home. It is so well appointed. Comfortable and everything you can possibly need is there. The art work is beautiful. We will return.

Perfect for an active group

The house was more than adequate for 8 adults, and the view of the marsh was breathtaking at sunset. Slight ding for cleanliness: we're used to prewashing before we use anything for the first time but the pots/pans were pretty dirty.

Wonderful experience

The house was beautiful, large, clean and perfect for our family of 6. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and allowed our bikes and baby gear to be delivered prior to our arrival so everything was set once we got there. The deck was stunning and the views were great. The bike path was right outside the community so easy to get to wherever we wanted. I highly recommend this house and we hope to be back!

Girls Getaway

Beautiful home. My childhood friends and I had never been to Kiawah and we fell in love with the island, as well as the home. Such a well appointed kitchen and spacious, comfortable home with gorgeous marsh views. We loved riding bikes on the beautiful paths to the beach and along the shore. Highly recommend the dolphin strand feeding at Captain Sam's Spit. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Kiawah Island Stay at Marsh Pointe

If I could give 10 Stars, I would! Everything was excellent. There was not one thing that the home didn't have. Steve our host couldn't have been more attentive and gave us excellent restaurant recommendation. I hope to return shortly and would recommend to anyone.

Superb!

The house was in excellent condition and the the manager was very responsive to the one tiny thing that was out of order. Both the vibe and the function of the home were incredible. Sitting on the back deck listening to the tide roll-in over the marsh was about as relaxing as it gets. Thanks for the memories!

Fantastic Kiawah vacation

Our trip to Kiawah was more than expected! The iTrip app was easy to navigate, detailed and thorough. The vacation rental home was exquisite, warm and welcoming with tremendous views from the entire rear of the house. We were very pleased with the house being clean, fresh and new; the amenities were top notch and it was well stocked with all the necessities for everyday living. The house was easily accessible to paved walking/biking trails and a short distance to the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of renting bikes and beach chairs for the week which included delivery and pick up. We felt very secure in the home and on the Kiawah Island. Thank you for a relaxing and unforgettable family vacation!
