What's nearby:
This villa is part of Windswept, an oceanfront complex that ranks as one of the most popular on the entire island. You'll be mere steps from a boardwalk that leads to the wide open sand, and only half a mile from the Roy Barth Tennis Center and Night Heron Park. The closest golf course, the Turtle Point Golf Course, is less than a mile northeast, and Kiawah's top-rated restaurant, The Ocean Room, offers fabulous food and beautiful views half a mile east.

Loved closeness to the beach! Kitchen supplies were not good, bedding poor quality, ice maker didn’t work, broken lights in master bedroom. Probably wouldn’t stay there again 😞

Loved the view of the ocean on the balcony. Condo was perfect size for me, husband and 2 teens. Kitchen fully stocked. Very clean. Had everything we needed. It was great to stay right at the ocean and we could come in and out as needed.

Patio way too small for 4 people although condo was for 4. Not the best set up for 2 couples. Bathtub was clogged and maintenance never responded. ceiling fan in family room did not work. Would not allow us to check in an hour early when the condo was ready. We just waited for no reason. If they were going to make us wait you would hope the bathtub and ceiling fan worked.

We very much enjoyed the location and the view from the deck. The towels and linens were subpar. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed the well appointed condo and had a wonderful stay.

Loved the property but not the management company
The property was lovely and had good views of the ocean. We've stayed nearby in various other units over the last 25 years and would stay here again. The biggest problem we had was with the property manager when we had questions about operating the tv and multiple days of construction noise. It took 10 days to fix the tv. The instructions for it in the house manual were not very clear. For the construction noise we had to deal with ladders, compressors, nail guns, shingle removal and men walking on the roof - it was quite noisy and disruptive. The property manager was non responsive and promised to call but didn't follow through. We were not impressed at all and we've been to Kiawah countless times over the past 25 years. This was the first time we've dealt with Vacasa and wouldn't rent a property through them again.
