Charleston girls getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home as part of our sisters & niece getaway to Charleston. Even though we aren't golfers, we enjoyed the beautiful area of Kiawah Is. Icing on the cake was spotting alligators at the small pond near the entrance to our road. The house was exactly as described and well stock with little extras. Communication with itrip was excellent.

There is nothing like a vacation at 223 Sea Marsh on Kiawah Island! From the spacious living room with an awesome view of live oaks surrounding the (which hole) on Cougar Point, a kitchen that everyone wants to hang around, to the game room with a ping pong table, to cooking and chilling on the back deck the length of the home....223 Sea Marsh is the perfect gateway for anyone who wants to relax, play or site see the most beautiful island in the South East!

Loved the layout, very spacious! Great location!

223 Sea Marsh Drive (KIKI) is a great place to stay! We love the layout of the house and the view of the Golf Course. Plenty of room for the whole family and in walking distance to the Lookout Tower. Easy access to the house once inside the gate is a plus! The deck outback is inviting and very relaxing. Game-room for the kids is a lifesaver! Homeowners are a true pleasure to deal with! We cant wait to go back again!!

Very close to the beach, fully stocked home. Wonderful views!

As it was our first time staying on the island, I was very nervous. From start to finish the stay was more than we could have asked for! We received entry details with plenty of time before our stay along with suggestions for grocery stores and restaurants while on the island. The home was spacious, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. The beach was within just minutes of the home and the home was fully stocked with the essentials that I never even thought of, like beach toys 🙂. We will definitely be planning another trip, just this time for more days! Thank you to all for the little vacation we needed!

Picture perfect week at this beautiful home!

We had a wonderful week together in your beautiful home. This year we got to enjoy having my parents with us too! The kids loved the game room and playing Bapptle Putt and cornhole on the back deck with their grandfather. We biked to the beach everyday and spend hours on the beach, reading, playing in the waves, playing bocci ball and relaxing. It was a picture perfect week. Our oldest starts college in August and we loved this vacay and quality family time together before leaves. Thank you

Perfect house for a family vacation! Highly recommend!!

This house is perfect for a family vacation in Kiawah! Several games and toys are already in the home, and you can even see where the family marks their children's heights on the wall! Such a nice touch. We were right on the 8th hole with amazing views of the green and a large deck great for entertainment. Lots of natural lighting through the house with spacious bedrooms. The beds themselves are super comfy, and I fell in love with the master bathroom. Entry and communication was easy and Chris made great recommendations for the area. Highly recommend booking your next Kiawah trip with this host!
