There was no fridge in the room, wasnt that impressed with the balcony, which you could see into another room and the partition screen was at the main corridor of the floor and when it was windy the metal attachments were banging. Safe is too low down in the cupboard, had to get on our hands and knees, should be higher. There was noone to greet us for……

“The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.”
