In addition to the basic functional equipment, such as a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine, this spacious, open kitchen has a cooking island with bar stools. Here you can have cozy cooking evenings in a great atmosphere. A dining table with 4 chairs is also available. This is located in the small bay window of the apartment. A high-quality, beautiful wooden floor has been installed throughout the apartment, which immediately catches the eye. Another eye catcher and the accessory of the apartment is the impressive mirror made of gold. It separates the kitchen area from the cozy living area. The living area consists of a comfortable leather couch that can also be converted into a sleeping facility (140x200cm) for a third person.
