LOCATION! LOCATION! COME TO MAUI TO ENJOY THE SCENERY, SO BOOK A PLACE WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW!!!

Our unit also has a regular coffee machine and original Nespresso (bring your own pods) for our guests to use and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the lanai!

1. The view from this unit is breathtaking. Located on the 4th floor of building #1 you can see the ocean and mountains from the kitchen or in the living room and enjoy the beauty of Maui from the lanai.

2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach (note: this unit does not face South Kihei Rd.)

3. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for your day at the beach.

4. The main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, a comfortable bed, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.

5. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, has clean granite counter tops and the living room has a 47 inch LCD TV.

6. Free wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and United states!!!!

7. Our condo is walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Overall a GREAT value for the view and amenities we offer in the condo!!!!!

We loved having the lanai and the large windows. The kitchen was very well stocked and there are tons of beach supplies available to use. The master bedroom mattress was VERY soft and unsupportive and the pillows were pretty flat. But the location was beautiful, everything was within a short drive. We were there during the tropical storm which caused the elevator to fail and be out of service for several days. Being on the fourth floor, it was an issue for limited mobility persons in our party (probably not going to be an issue unless there's a record storm). Having laundry facilities in the condo was amazing! And they provided detergent pods and dryer sheets. Having a dishwasher was also handy, but it seemed to leak on the floor while running.Overall, a wonderful condo and we would not hesitate to book here again!

If you have kids, this condo is one of the best locations in kihei. Easy walking distance to a great kids beach, huge playground and park, surf cove and many stores. The location of 1421 in building 1 is great, it’s off to the side, so not alot of road noise, but still a peek a boo view to the ocean. Bonus that you can actually see the wave break in the cove from the deck, so if you are a surfer it’s easy to check on conditions. Condo itself is great. Obviously it’s not going to be in new condition as it is a vacation rental, but it worked great for us and was well stocked with everything we needed. Again though, location. With kids, it’s Absolutley ideal.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo very much. The kitchen was well stocked and we just had to add a few things to make things even more comfortable, but it was not a big deal. We love the location. The bed was super comfortable. The bedroom stayed cool with the air conditioner in there. The upstairs had fan so that was nice. The bathrooms are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay so much. We will return.

Great stay

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. The A/C has a hard time keeping up in late July with the heat, but it managed. We made some nice meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the property. Worth what we paid for the week we spent there.

Dream Vacation in Maui

We stayed at this property for 8 nights with our 3 teens and one preteen. Although the condo is older, it was clean and well stocked. The location is fantastic, one of our favourite beaches just across the street. The complex is quiet and has great amenities. There were boogie boards, lawn chairs, tennis rackets etc... in the closet. The umbrella stand was there but no umbrella and a couple of the beach chairs were broken! Might be good for the owner to restock some things with newer items. The main bedroom mattress could be replaced and the lanai could use some freshening up. But overall we really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable for our family. Thank you!

Affordable stay in good location

Property was okay. It wasn’t the cleanest condo ever but we made due. The location was good and half a mile to the organic grocery store and half a mile to the food truck oasis. Property had a few pools that were good and the beach was right across the street. It wasn’t expensive so I’d say you get what you pay for but it wasn’t over the top nice.

Poorly Managed and disgusting Unit

This property has a 3rd party management company. When arriving we had to check in with security. no bid deal there but it is one person and we had to wait over 45 minutes. At that point we called them back and asked what the eta was. once we got to our room and unloading our cart kids of other guests were attempting to steal my food and alcohol from my cart with their dad present. This property is mostly rentals and one security for this property is not enough. The condition of the unit is severely neglected. There are small insects infesting the ceiling in the kitchen and stove area, mold and mildew in the bathrooms, every plug/Light switch, baseboard..etc covered in dust, bedroom AC/dehumidifier broken, paint on walls is disgusting and unit was obviously barely cleaned prior to our arrival, AC unit in the main area does not cool the loft or the bedroom, closet in bedroom is haphazardly stuffed with owner supplies and not useable, hallway closet stuffed with beach toys and supplies that fall out when door is opened....i could go on and on. Its a shame as the unit layout and location are great. The owner clearly has gotten their money worth out of the rental and milking every penny out of it. I would not recommend this unit or any other unit Managed by this company to anyone. We are looking to expand our California company to maui and all future trips will not be here.

Wonderful Location

Our family of 4 loved our stay here. The loft area was perfect for our kids, complete with its own bathroom. The location of the condo was wonderful. We walked to the beach for sunset every night. We would stay here again.

Perfect location. Cute condo for the family. Easy check in. Owners very easy to work with. Could use a deep clean. Was dried blood on bathroom cabinet and hair on shower wall from last visitors. Overall I would stay there again.

Great location

Clean, great location, updated kitchen and bathroom. The owners need to come and eliminate broken and unnecessary items. The closet had way too many linings and no place to hang clothes. The bedroom needs an overhead light- I used my phone’s flashlight to locate items!
