    Start your day meandering the world famous Wailea Beach Walk that takes you from Ulua Beach to all of the resorts, spas, restaurants and more stunning beaches located nearby. There is no need to walk far as Elua Village boasts two swimming pools and Jacuzzis, including one that is located beachfront with a beautiful pavilion and fitness center. The beach pavilion offers a lounge area, TVs, BBQ grills and workout equipment. It is the perfect setting to soak up the sun or indulge in pupus (appetizers) and your favorite beverage! Feel like you have the whole beach to yourself with a gated point access lounge area. Enjoy outdoor fitness at the tennis and pickle ball courts located a short walk from your condo. This stunning ground floor residence was remodeled in Fall of 2018 and boasts one of the largest lanais in all of Elua Village. If you truly want to experience the Maui lifestyle this home is perfect for you! The large sliders in the living room open to the lanai to enjoy the cooling trade winds and indoor/outdoor living. Incredible sunsets await you every evening on the lanai. In the winter months make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the magical humpback whales that migrate to Maui. Located just off the lanai is an expansive green belt that adds to the peaceful and serene setting.

    Feel at home in the gorgeous gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped for the Chef of the family! This open and bright floor-plan opens up to the living room and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining your family and friends. Located down the hall you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom features two twin size beds that can be converted to a king upon request and private access to the lanai. The guest bathroom is located across the hall for easy access with double sinks and a stunning walk in shower. The primary bedroom is your private retreat with a king size bed and en suite bathroom that has an oversized luxury walk-in shower and double sinks. Beautiful 2 bedroom unit

As a family we rented two units here at Elua. This two bedroom was completely remodeled with very comfortable updated furniture and a stunning view. It was further away from the pool and a bit more of a walk to the beach ( still only 5 minutes down a windy meandering path on the property), but the views couldn’t be beat. Having the grassy area and large patio was great for grandchildren play. The kitchen was well equipped with plastic wrap and tinfoil provided. It did completely lack any spices except for cinnamon, s and p. So be prepared. I would definitely return to this unit.

Amazing View and Stay

We stayed at this property for two weeks in July and it was absolutely spectacular. Every morning we had coffee on the lanai and every evening we watched the sunset from the same beautiful spot. The security staff at the gate was friendly and professional. The landscaping was impeccable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved bird watching and swimming with turtles right off the beach in front of the condo. The location in Maui was great - it was within walking distance of the Wailea resorts and a reasonable drive to Mama's Fish House, the Hana Highway, the airport, Lahaina, and Kaanapali beach. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Amazing location and views!

This property was really an amazing unit. With a huge wraparound lanai, amazing sunset views, and a short walk to the beach and pool, it was the perfect location for our family vacation. My only (minor) complaint was the add-on daily charges for items like a Pack N Play, beach umbrella, and beach toys for our toddler. This was our 3rd stay in Elua Village in the past two years, and neither of the other two properties charged for these items. But overall the unit was really modern, clean, and big. It's really one of the best locations in Elua!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was lovely during our stay at Wailea Elua 2305, except the bed in the master bedroom. It squeaked horribly and woke my husband up repeatedly during our stay--which was a real disappointment given that the accommodations were otherwise luxurious, and priced accordingly. The handyman came immediately to do what he could, but his temporary fix was just that--temporary. The bed, or more specifically the bed frame, was substandard. The rest of the condo was spectacular.

A wonderful week in paradise!

We loved our stay at the condo in Wailea Elua Village. It was pristine, quiet, spacious, conveniently located, and the view is incredible. We would wake early each morning to have coffee on the wrap-around lanai and watch daylight arrive over the spectacular surroundings. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming at nearby Ulua beach, which is just a short walk across the property, as well as walks on the oceanside path along the resorts. We also used the property oceanside pool and gym, which both stay open until 10pm and are virtually empty in the evening hours. Although the gym is small, it has adequate equipment and an amazing view of the beach, palm trees, and ocean. We like to cook and were impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. We made several meals in but also enjoyed the restaurants and lounges at the nearby resorts, which are walking distance, as well as local spots throughout the island. The Shops at Wailea are also about a ten minute walk and offer stores, restaurants, Honolulu Coffee, and the Island Gourmet Market with produce, gifts, a grill, a smoothie bar, and prepared foods. The condo is also in a good location from which to make day trips to Haleakala, Lahaina, and a twisty long road trip to Hana. We had no issues at the condo during our stay so therefore no need to reach out to the property manager. However, in advance of our arrival, they provided detailed and helpful instructions and texted us with a contact number should we have any needs. It would be a bonus if the furniture in the condo was a bit more updated (less poofy upholstery) but it was perfectly fine for our needs. It was also great to have a washing machine and dryer available in the unit so that we could do laundry and pack more lightly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Paradise - and notes for handicap renters

First - we give this a 10/10, highly recommend and will stay again. The view alone is worth the price, and that is no exaggeration. Check-in: smooth, easy, and worked well for late arrival (landed at OGG about 6:30pm and were in our condo watching the sunset by 7:15pm). Stopped at the gate, gave our information, got a sticker for our car, maps, and helpful information. Easily found the unit and parked right in front. Condo layout and rooms: great size and function. Loved the kitchen and used it for 2-3 meals a day. There is a market next door at the Shops at Wailea or a Safeway nearby about 10 minutes drive. The bedrooms are next to one another and each had plenty of room. The master bedroom has a nice big walk-in closet and good size bathroom. The smaller bedroom makes use of the shared bathroom. But the best space is the lanai. We had meals outside, watched every sunset, and saw many sunrises, too. It was the absolute perfect spot and we wouldn’t pick a different lanai, this was paradise. The team managing the condo also made adding late check-out very easy and we extended our stay on the last day right up to our flight time of 6:30pm! Activities and Location: Wailea was a wonderful home-base. We enjoyed the pool and beach at the condo and did many day-trips. It was easy to get to our luau in Lahina, the bike tour at Haleakala, surfing lessons in Kihei, and a snorkel and kayak tour right in Makena next to the Wailea resorts. Cons: The only issue we had wasn’t really an “issue” and we never reported it. It is really more a preference. The King bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. It felt very old and cheap compared to the rest of the condo. For the cost of the unit, we would have liked to have had a more restful sleep on a better mattress. This should be updated. **Handicap Review** We booked this unit fully knowing it was not marketed as an “accessible” unit. From the pictures it looked like it would be accessible enough. We made it work! Note: there is a large curb at the entrance (unavoidable) and the showers are not ADA, though there is a handheld shower and bench in the larger main bath. Doorways were too narrow for most wheelchairs, but my narrow travel chair fit in all but the bathroom. The beach is NOT accessible in really any way. The pools have lifts, though we didn’t try them. The sidewalks randomly end and are VERY steep. Recommend a powered chair.

CB Island Vacations was on point in their description of the property. The views are absolutely stunning. The property had everything we needed. Our immediate impression was the attention to detail — it was clean and organized. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless. We cannot reiterate how clean the unit was. The towels were neatly pocket folded. The unit had L’Occitane grooming products for our stay. We were welcomed with a gift basket by CBIV with several local delicacies. Again, these were wonderful touches — like a five-star resort. The accommodations were so comfortable. The second bedroom was two twin beds, perfect for our kids. It, too, had a TV — a perk made that made the room their own! The second bedroom offered walkout to the lanai, so it also had an incredible view of the water. Both bathrooms had double-vanities so everyone had their own sink and space. The unit had plenty of closet hangers and space for clothing. We had more than enough plates, silverware, utensils, glassware for enjoying meals. The unit is so open and inviting. The unit had beach chairs, sand toys — even coolers — for any walks down to the beach. This property is very secure. It is gated and the two pools are accessed by code. We visited the one closest to the beach. The main pool is adjacent to the beach so you feel as if you are at the beach listening and watching the waves. The unit is also in a great location. It’s a short walk (mere minutes) to the beach and walking path along Wailea. We will undoubtedly be staying here again. Lastly, please note that we visited during the fires. While the property was unaffected, we want to praise the CBIV team for their communication and proactive outreach.

Safe didn’t work at all but property managers gave us the key. Kind of a hassle cause if my husband wasn’t around with the key, I could not get into the safe. My suggestion to all owners is go with the type of bedding that hotels do. Don’t buy a fancy comforter, most travelers prefer sheets with light comforter between them. Feels much cleaner

The community quiet hours made evenings post-sunset even more special. In Wailea, but a quick drive to work the fun in Kihei and Lahaina. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented 2 units in Wailea Elua that were very near each other so had a unique opportunity to make comparisons. This was also our 2nd time staying in Wailea Elua. We chose 2305 for the stunning views and grassy area. It's a little further from the main pool than some, but the quiet serenity and fabulous view was worth the few extra steps. Our stay started a little rocky as we had evening check in and when we arrived, the unit was dark and hot. The large patio doors had been left wide open. We were mainly concerned about bugs and the like - with a slight concern that someone was in the unit. It all checked out okay however the AC had a difficult time catching up especially in the master bedroom. We did find a few dead roaches in the morning which probably indicated that the unit had been treated.The other unit that we rent was cheaper and more well set up as far as kitchen utensils, beach toys and it even had an umbrella. Unit 2305 had everything you absolutely need but was lacking some basics. A simple pair of kitchen scissors and some sharp knives would be great. The worst was that the floor was absolutely filthy and there wasn't even a mop or broom to clean it. We had to borrow from the other unit and scrub the floor a few times to make it clean enough to be bare foot on. There was a stick vacuum but still no way to scrub the floor other than on our hands and knees which is not how you want to start a vacation. Even the bedding in the master bedroom was not fresh and had to be laundered right away.The washer and dryer were great and again the large patio and view was excellent. It was nice to have beach towels - albeit fairly worn out ones. Again, the comparison with the other rental left ours feeling rather worn. But with a little better housekeeping, this unit can't be beat! We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again if these minor issues are addressed. It was nice to be able to park right outside as

Great, relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
