  • Welcome to Maui Parkshore 413 — your tropical home away from home! This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo without A/C comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Just steps from the beach, Maui Parkshore 413 is the perfect base for your island getaway. The primary bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together. A second bathroom includes a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

    Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances—ideal for preparing meals to enjoy al fresco on the lanai while watching the Maui sunset. A private washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen. Whether you're sipping morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach, the ample lanai seating offers the perfect spot to soak in the views and gentle ocean breeze.

    Maui Parkshore Resort is located across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many Maui top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Maui Parkshore features, a nice pool area with relaxing lounge chairs, and BBQ/outdoor dining

This is a wonderful place to stay. Great view and location. The place has everything you need to have a great vacation. We appreciate the use of the coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay. The unit was in a great location. The place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation great. The owners made everything simple for us, this was our first time using vrbo and it could not have gone any smoother.

Awesome stay!

The location of the condo is perfect! Cross the road and you are at one of the best beaches. The place has every you need for the stay - an awesome well equipped kitchen to beach stuff for the kids. You will find a lot of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Our family of four had a great stay in Maui.

Fantastic condo

We loved our stay at this Condo. We look forward to staying here again soon. It is centrally located in Kihei and walking distance to shops & restaurants. The lanai is amazing and we spent most of our time on it. Thanks for the amazing accommodations.
