Can't Recommend Highly Enough!

Luxury accommodations, breathtaking views, direct beach access and incredibly helpful staff, make this the perfect location for a 5 star vacation! Their Conceriege was a magician when I showed up last minute with a laundry list of the most sought after excursions and dining requests that he some how made happen for us. THANK YOU SCOTT!!! We arrived with 3 kids, a ton of luggage and a fully packed SUV, after a stop off at Costco, all of which the staff immediately started unpacking and helping to put away. Thank you Darrell!!!! Can't say enough how beautiful, convenient, accommodating and well stocked our stay was. My advice is don't waste time looking around and book your stay while it's still available. Thank you to everyone that has made our families trip a once in a lifetime experience.

Awesome spot in Wailea, and incredible unit!!

A very spacious and well laid out unit for a family! Huge master room/bath which is always appreciated. The unit was also very well equipped with everything needed for a condo…all the cooking essentials and a great kitchen / BBQ setup. Lovely unit in a beautiful complex

We've loved WBV from the walking path for several years and finally enjoyed 10 days there in September. The 2br with den was great for our family with 2 adult children. K108 has a nicely equipped kitchen and the unit is very comfortable. Extra shout out to the folks working at the pool/beach. They were fantastic during our stay.

Condo was great...rooms very nice size. Downside: very small pool for family and kids...packed with other families. Nicer larger pool a distance away with beach view for adults only which was usually empty. Both pools only 3 ft deep... No service at either pool.

Poor amenities

The condo and Wailea Beach Villas are lovely. However, this particular condo was very poorly equipped. The kitchen didn’t even have any coffee, the bathrooms had tiny shampoo and conditioner, and there were no housekeeping services. The trash wasn’t even emptied. Extremely poor amenities.

Needs cleaning and updating

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in January. Wailea Villas is a wonderful property.The location, amenities, pools and grounds are all wonderful. This villa is in a great location and could be beautiful. Upon entering we found the flat to be dirty. There were bloodstains on the floor and sofa and in the toilet room. The furniture is outdated and stained. The master shower had mildewed tiles and the walls and light sockets were marked with dirty hand prints.I had to go out and buy additional bathroom cleaner as there wasn't enough to finish the job. The bed linens were stained as well and looked as though they hadn't been washed. I cleaned those upon arrival. The outdoor patio furniture was filthy. For someone who expected cleanliness upon arriving we were really taken aback. I don't think the floor had even been mopped. If the owner would spend the money to update the furniture, paint and find a qualified cleaner then I would give this proper 5 stars. I wouldn't mind paying more for better furnishings and decorating. You will have a wonderful time staying here but just know that it needs serious updating.

Condo is big and private. I stayed with my in laws here and we all felt we had our space. Easy walk to shops too! We liked being over the pool because of kids. Worth the money!

Paradise in Paradise

Fantastic property located next to Wailea Beach. My wife and I are frequent visitors to the islands. Without a doubt, this was the most elegant and nicest property we have ever rented. I say this in the context of staying at the Four Seasons when we do not rent a VRBO property. Met our every expectation.

Spacious Unit and Great Location, OK Maintenance

The Wailea Beach Villas are in a great location, steps from both the Shops at Wailea and Wailea Beach. This unit is also conveniently located close to the family pool, fitness center, front desk, and gate connecting to property to the Shops. The unit is quite spacious - 2 couples traveled on our trip, and it felt like there was plenty of room. The kitchen is awesome, with lots of counter top space, and 2 refrigerators. It was also great to have a washer/dryer available. Overall, the stay was good, but we did experience some issues I would associate with maintenance of the unit: - there as a leak in the master bathroom toilet. Maintenance came quickly, but were unable to fix, and ended up having to replace the toilet. This took 3 trips totaling about 6 hours over 2 days, the entire span of which the toilet was unusable. This was the biggest disruption by far. - the sinks and shower in the 2nd bathroom did not drain properly. Maintenance came and treated with Draino, which seemed to fix the problem. - the air conditioning shuts off when the sliding doors to the balcony are open, which is common in the tropics. The issue was the sensor relies on the doors being aligned with the railing at a certain spot, and they were not lining up correctly even when closed. Again, maintenance had to come and adjust the doors. Once we made it past these issues, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Needs remodel and deep cleaning

I have stayed on the same condo property many times. This particular unit needs work. It is very dirty… stains on carpet, mold in shower, mold in air vents. Dust everywhere. The bed is really uncomfortable. Couch is really uncomfortable. Furniture is all old and funky. Dresser dressers fall out. The space Good. Nice peak a boo view. Needs paint, cleaning, and a remodel and the it will be great

Amazing location in need of some upgrading

The facilities and location were amazing. We have stayed at Wailea Beach Villas multiple times, in different units. This unit is also wonderful. However, for this much money the owners need to update it. There are stains on the carpet throughout, dirty bathroom mats in the master and the upholstery and decor is dated and tired. The kitchen could also be slightly better equipped. Our stay was great, but the work look of the place was an unnecessary reminder of the need to keep luxury properties like this updated if you are going to charge this much money.

Convenient slice of paradise

Had an absolute wonderful experience at Wailea Beach Villas. This unit was on the ground floor which was nice but overlooked the pool and could see a slice of the ocean. Would take probably 5ish minutes to walk to the adult pool and a bit longer to the ocean. The front desk at WBV offered a texting service to ask questions that was super responsive. Also was a great experience coordinating with the Island Property team - thank you Geoffrey! If wanting to go to the beach, head down early (usually did around 9) to ask for beach chairs and umbrellas. The WBV also has its own gate that you use your room key to get conveniently to the Shops at Wailea. The unit itself was absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen was awesome with two fridges that was helpful for food and refreshments. The lanai was the best as we could sit out there and wouldn’t get fried in the sun as it was always shaded. Used the grill that’s out there too! We got to use the washing machine, they had the unit stocked with cleaning things to do dishes as we cooked at home a bunch. The beds were incredibly comfortable and water pressure was a great in the shower. We appreciated that the rental had a soft cooler we could take refreshments to the beach/pool along with beach chairs. Couldn’t recommend this place more, it was a great experience to book and stay at that we definitely would come back to. Thank you!!

worth the trip

This property met every one of our needs for a week long stay in Wailea. The value for what we paid was incredible. Two ample rooms, could very easily use an additional room for a third bed if it was necessary. Spacious bathrooms and living spaces, generous porch great for eating or just lounging. We ate inside the unit for lunch most days, even had a private chef prepare a dinner for us in the condo. Lots of fridge space if you wanted to do the whole "buy our own gorceries and make all our food" thing. We have stayed in another unit in this complex before, one higher up with better views of the ocean, but truthfully if you want to see the ocean, you should be on the beach or at the pool, not inside. There is a pool just off the back porch you can easily see from the unit, great if you had kids that wanted to play in the pool but you didn't want to necessarily babysit them while they did. The condo really fit us well, I would absolutely rebook if we return. As for the location, Wailea is a very upscale place, safe for strolling around and high standards throughout. Beautiful shopping center a short walk from the main lobby, several food options nearby (make reservations as far in advance as you can if covid restrictions are still limiting seating capacity or plan on takeout). Mask restrictions are a bit bothersome but we just dealt with it. Nobody really got on to us if we happened to not have our masks on outside, although it is mandated. Many did not abide by that order, many more just put them on if they were walking near others...nobody really seemed to care much either way. However you may feel about wearing a mask, just know that until that order changes, the rules are the rules and if you don't like them, vote accordingly next time. We did have one need to contact the property manager about and he responded in a timely manner and helped us with our need. Front desk and concierge were all helpful throughout. We really had zero complaints. 10/10!

A must stay in Maui !

We have been to the Wailea Beach Villas several times and always enjoy our time - this time was no different. The unit was spacious, well maintained, and couldn’t have been a more convenient location. My only complaints are housekeeping was not included (it has been in the past) and there was major construction going on that we weren’t made aware of. Luckily you should spend most of your time at the beach, pool - it was whale watching season after all! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Wailea Beach Resort is beautiful.

This is our second time staying in this condo and we love it. With the Tommy Bahama furniture and large lanai it really gives you the Hawaiian feel. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is to replace the stove top or at least have operating directions as it is not user friendly. Also I noticed the woodwork needed a good cleaning around most doors knobs. But overall We love this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great location but looking well used.

We stayed in this condo two years ago. This year I noticed the wear and tear. The furniture is all stained, inside and out. The pillows were all lumpy. Considering the huge cleaning fee, I felt the condo wasn't all that clean. There was broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher when we arrived and dirty dishes on the shelves. The doors all had black marks from fingerprints on them. The condo could have provided tissues. We had to buy them.

Spacious penthouse steps away from the pool, ocean and shopping and dining.

Lovely penthouse with great view of ocean and lush landscaping. Two swimming pools, one adult, one family, gives a nice option. Great having a washer and dryer in the penthouse. Full kitchen with two full size refrigerators let you stock all you want. Food land and Safeway grocery stores only about four miles away. The entire villa complex has secured access via your guest key card and gated entrance with guard post. Steps away to The Shops of Wailea offering numerous shops and restaurants including Longhi’s, Cheeseburger Grille, Tommy Bahama and Pint and Cork. Beach is clean with plenty of soft sand. Beach access includes option of having umbrella and chairs set up for you by staff. A great unit in a fabulous area of Wailea.
