Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the Maui Sunset, but there is no consistency to the units with the kitchen contents. Some units have more dishes/utensils than others and no teapots or pot holders to use at the stove. The bottle & recycling could be better. White sofas are not the best choice, ours had marks on it when we arrived. Maybe using a check list before new guests arrive would help with consistency in the units. We missed not having the weekly music sessions in the courtyard, they are most enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the winter hopefully.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Maui Sunset. The unit was perfect for our needs, very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. It is not very modern but didn't bother us.The resort itself is amazing. Very well kept and pleasant. We enjoyed the pool, the different games you can borrow, the tennis court and the easy access to the beach. It's not a beach that you can easily swim (very shallow), but was fun to sit and watch the sunset. We'll be back for sure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was fantastic. The property was great. Nice beach out front. The parking is very tight. Very narrow parking stalls. I received a dent in my car door from someone else. My biggest complaint is the timer on the air conditioner. I set it before we go to bed then 4 hours later we wake up and the room is to hot because the air conditioner turned off.
