The grounds were beautiful. Beach access is very easy. My condo was very clean except for the carpet in the bedroom. It needs a heavy cleaning. Beach view was as advertised. Lots of games are available. The pool was beautiful and very clean.

I personally like Maui Sunset. The condo unit has been updated nicely and cleaned. The staff is very helpful when needed assistance. The landscapes have been well maintained for every guest to enjoy and it is right on the beach. Swimming pool and hot tub are clean and well-maintained daily. I definitely will book and stay at Maui Sunset again next time visit Maui.

Our original room check in was less than desirable, stained furniture, dirty freezer, water container in the fridge was leaking and in the morning there was a live roach in the bathroom and a dead roach was under the kitchen sink. The pool was closed for a couple days but reopened prior to our departure. Management was great and allowed us to relocate to another room which was much better! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained with a view of the beach.

rooms were clean and updated, but the building is older and could use a bit of sprucing up, but the grounds are well maintained. The walk to the beach is not far. All in all it was a great deal for the price.

Location awesome condo good except for the curtains in the living room were mold stained suggest replacing those the toaster needs a good cleaning other than that we very much enjoyed the grounds beach and area we will be back!!

excellent beach view, outdoor pool is nice and daily pool maintenance is awesome. Room is clean although looks old and just normal sleep only type. Sleeping Room window is along the pathway, and privacy maybe an issue, although never has a problem when we’re staying, since the adjacent rooms were not occupied. Living room and Lanai are overlooking the ocean, so, which is awesome, 5 stars on that. Good laudry machine and dryer. Complete kitchen wares, good size refs, microwave oven, Dishwasher, etc. No complaints there.

Great property, pool, hot tub, location all fantastic. Wi-fi was a joke. Called front desk for help with wi-fi password and they had maintenance call and they said it was on the route, we argued and well they had no clue. well we finally figured it out maintenance was wrong, it was on two stickers that were stuck to the lamps in each bedroom.

Beautiful views with many amenities. Quiet and easy access. Plenty of parking. Beach direct access. Full kitchen with all of the pots and machines. You can make toaster strudel and coffee sitting at the patio to enjoy the coconut ocean view in the morning or pick up a poke bowl and some wine to enjoy the sunset!

We stayed here in August and I felt like the online pictures were misleading. The staff were wonderful though and the check in process was easy and convenient. When we got into the condo though, honestly it’s a bit run down and the property could use some improvements. Some of the furniture was old and threadbare. The location was convenient and access to the beach was easy. Overall it was just average to me.
