The best location

We visited with our three kids in July. It was the perfect condo for us! Steps away from the beach and it had everything we needed. We are already planning our next trip back and we plan on staying here again!

What a view! What you see in the listing is as advertised. Being able to see that color of the water from the kitchen was such a bonus as well walking out anytime we wanted. We met others on the property that said they had been to many condos over different islands, and they said this one was the best. We agree. Great communication the entire stay. Thank you!

Love the location

Location was perfect for us. We walked out our door to a beautiful view each morning.. A short walk to the beach. Close to local shops and restraints. Sunsets are beautiful from this location.

Beautiful view, quiet property, first floor a big plus

We loved the mornings and evenings gazing over the Pacific. During the day the condo area was a convenient starting point. The condo had everything we needed, the only drawback was halfway through our stay neighbors above moved in very early in the AM and for the rest of the stay were up early.

Very clean and well stocked condo. We loved the location and easy access to the beach. We had difficulties with the a/c on the first night and they had it serviced the next day and it worked perfectly after. The WiFi was available, but we had trouble connecting. I didn’t contact the agency about it because I took it as a sign from the universe to take a break from work :) But if you need WiFi, keep that in mind. But since the agency was so responsive to other issues, I feel confident they would be able to help.I was impressed with the kitchen equipment, especially the pots and pans. They were in much better condition than I expect in rentals. I would rent here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a beautiful location, we walked right off our lanai to the beach within minutes. We saw turtles every day, and had more than enough beach supplies. The building is conveniently located, we took a 2 minute walk in the mornings to grab breakfast and coffee. The unit itself could use some updating—the living room furniture was stained, the pots and pans were had teflon scratching off, and the washing machine was moldy. There were ants as well. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to questions and issues that we ran into.

This was our 15th trip to Maui and we loved The Royal Mauian. Perfect location-very convenient to restaurants, shops etc. Proximity to Kameole was wonderful. Well equipped condo although we could have used more silverware as we ate most meals at the condo. We wished that air conditioning unit was not on lanai as made it uncomfortable & very warm on the lanai. Housekeeping had everything very clean except the floor. We contacted maintenance one time and they responded the same day & corrected the issue. We'd stay in the same unit again.

Management group was on the ball. Check in instructions updates (text/ email). Have stayed at other units in building. This unit is set up well. AC in main area and both bedrooms. Other units advertise AC but may not be in bedrooms or both bedrooms. Walk out to beach on main floor is worth the extra coin especially with younger kids

These are condos, ours was a 2brm. The 3brm units are more than double the size of the 2brm. This is worth knowing if you are on the fence about space. We loved the ground level and being able to wake in the morning and walk right out onto the lawn and to the beach w/o needing shoes going down stairs! Our unit had 5 sets of snorkel gear, a wake board, 3 beach umbrellas, all left by previous vacationers. Nice surprise and we enjoyed/appreciated it. BBQ/grilling eqpt on roof including a kitchenette was a wonderful amenity and a great place to have dinner and watch the sunset. Beautifully kept grounds and pool. Will consider staying here again!

You could not have a more perfect location. The access to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Would definitely stay in this unit again. The only negative was I should have stayed longer.

Beautiful Location

This location can't be beat. It is right on the corner with a view and the ocean and pool within steps of your lanai. The property manager was very attentive. The downside was that this property has both vacationers and residents. It's not a good mix. The first day we were met by the President of the home owners and we informed of the rules. There was a number of miscommunications. I would ask for the ALL the rules before choosing this place. If it's just you and another couple, it may be perfect. There are not other visitors allowed so do not plan on hosting friends unless they are also renting or live at the Royal Mauian.

Great views and mostly cozy

The location is wonderful in that it's great access to the beach, park, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. We stayed in a neighboring unit a few years ago and this was far nicer inside. The only concerns we had were due to some service scheduling on a sofa that resulted in some confusion when people showed up one evening to fix a couch and they were surprised to see us in the unit making dinner. The bed mattresses could use replacement at some point but they did the job. Nice kitchen and amenities for us.

Family trip to Maui

We are very picky about where we stay and what we expect. The condo was exactly how it was advertised. Clean, steps from beach, excellent snorkeling, beautiful sunset and quiet. Highly recommend this location. We would absolutely stay there again.
