"A fantastic two week stay August 2026! This villa is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. We had a late night flight and a delay, Ivan communicated with us throughout our arrival, guided us to the Villa even though it was midnight when we arrived, he even prepared a cold meal that was ready on arrival. Ivan really is an amazing host who looks after his guests throughout their stay, the pool was regularly cleaned, fresh bedding provided for our 2nd week. This really did ensure we had a fantastic stay! A rental car is needed to travel anywhere, the location is stunning but a little isolated, we found this to be no problem as we had a hire car and it was only one hour or so to most main attractions, We had a fantastic time here!"

"Es war alles super. Schön und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein sehr schöner Pool zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist super. Sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Obwohl wir sehr spät ankamen, auf Grund von Stau, hat Ivan uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es selbstgemachten Wein und Bier :), Wasser und Snacks. Parken kann man direkt auf dem Hof. Das beste Appartement unserer ganzen Reise."

"Lovely 5 night stay at Ivan and Ivana's place. We stayed in an appartment with one bedroom. Very happy with the airconditioning and availability of a washing machine! Pool is lovely and clean. There are 3 appartments in total that they rent out, so you don't always have the pool to yourself, but that's ok. It's surrounding ls are very quiet but only a 20 min drive from Sibenik (lovely little town) amd the closest beach. We loved it and the kids were grateful for Petar sharing his toys. Thank you!!!"

"Wir haben für zwei Wochen gebucht. Wenn man etwas Ruhiges sucht, ist es genau das Richtige. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, bat immer etwas von seinem selbst angebautem Obst und Gemüse an. Das Haus und die Räume waren sehr gepflegt, die Geräte wie Klimaanlagen, Waschmaschine, Küche und Internet haben super funktioniert. Auch der Pool war sauber und gepflegt, groß genug für Spaß und Ort zum Chillen."

"We had such a fabulous week and cannot recommend this villa enough! The view is spectacular, we spent many hours relaxing by the pool with our children who absolutely loved staying here too! The property is set up as three homes, each with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Each has a washing machine and outside area. The majority of our week was spent in the amazing kitchen by the pool, it was incredible. It meant we had our own space if we wanted but had our joint kitchen/dining space.There is table tennis, bikes, gym, sauna, badminton. Also an amazing boule court and Padel court. Everything feels very well thought out and high end. The owners live nearby and are very kind and helpful, we had a WhatsApp number so we could message if needed.We didn’t want to leave! We had the best time with our large family and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the owners who were the loveliest people "

"Knin was a wonderful town to visit in Croatia-a break from the bigger cities full of tourists-and this apartment was a nice place to experience it from. The place was clean, had the things we needed, and was quiet enough. The only small glitch was finding the place and getting in. Google maps had multiple places that popped up for the address, but we found it by looking through the pictures with the description. I'd recommend communicating well in advance of arriving, since it was a third party that then gave me a phone number to contact the owner (lives in the same building). It is up a few stairs. But the owner was very friendly and helpful, even gave a great recommendation for dinner (La Rossa-get ćevapi)!"
