“The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder. The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or……

“A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in……

Jedoch lässt dieses Hotel keine Minderjährigen zu, wie sich rausstellte, was ich zum Glück noch rechtzeitig gesehen habe. In der Beschreibung steht, dass Kinder unter 17 Jahren nicht gestattet sind, weshalb ich davon ausging, dass dieses Hotel für mich und meine Tochter geeignet ist. “The room was perfect for the price. My only complaint was that the mattress was very thin and the coils could be felt - so not very comfortable.”

“It is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect, it gave us a reason to go on walks to get to places instead of taking public transportation or driving. It came fully stocked with supplies from coffee, tea, cleaning materials and cooking utensils to make your short or longer stays. We struggled finding the reception at first since some of the buildings looked very similar, but eventually, we were able to find our way.”
