The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants and is just a short walk to the Latin Quarter. There is also a small Tesco just up the street. But the killer feature of this place is the amazing view out across Galway Bay. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is spectacular. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Mary's house was perfect for us. The location, privacy, views all wonderful. The house was very well equipped for our 5 night stay, we lacked nothing. Such a peaceful spot within a short drive of Ballyvaughan and several restaurant options. If you are looking for a quiet spot near all the Burren has to offer, this is your place!”

“We had a lovely stay at the Swallow Loft. It is a very unique property perfectly close to Galway’s city center. Peggy was very responsive especially with the issue with the humidity level we were experiencing in the place. I think this place is best for 2 people as the bedroom/bathroom at the lower level smelled a little musty. The overall cleaning looked ok but not fresh.”

“Our family reunion of 6 stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing 450 year old Tower. We had meals and played games in the great room, viewed the sunsets from the rooftop ramparts and generally lived like the Royal family (minus the servants of course). It served as an unforgettable and spectacular setting for a long overdue reunion for our family. We would return in a heartbeat.”

“Coach House was beautiful property and walking distance to everything. Property managers were very responsive and kind. Being from the US there were a few things we had to figure out, like holding door handle up to lock the door and emptying out a water chamber in the dryer, but those were truly the only blips and that was just lack of knowledge on my part. This would be a great rental for families or couples. All bedrooms are upstairs so not handicap accessible. The huge tub in the upstairs……

“Well located with 10 -15 minute walk to the hopping Latin Quarter and pub and groceries a few minutes walk away. Great parking options as we had 2 cars, laundry available and basic but functional kitchen. Basic amenities but great spot for our trip to Galway. Great communication from hosts and I would highly recommend.”

“Easy check in, great location, nice view of the river, from our room. Parking was difficult, especially when dragging luggage up and down stairs. It would be nice to have an area to unload close to the entrance to the Lobby. Other than that, the hotel met all our needs.”
