The master bedroom features an ensuite (with toilet and shower) three other bedrooms, another with a similar ensuite arrangement. The other bedrooms consist of two single beds whilst the remainder has another king size bed with a side trundle for a younger guest. There is a large modern bathroom with full size bath, double shower with views into the gippsland hills, and a seperate powder room.

The large open plan kitchen features Bosch appliances country style kitchen living with views directly to the sea and nearby Phillip Island. The adjoining dining room with its large timber table seats 12 guests with an adjoining breakfast bar stools for those that like to entertain the chef. The lounge room features a wood burning fireplace with comfortable couches and large tiltable flat screen tv connected to Foxtel and other streaming services. The house features full wifi with great coverage throughout the property. The nearby family room has great space for the younger guests or those looking for some quiet time, also featuring a large format screen tv, connected to streaming and local tv services.

The house is equipped with two large reverse cycle heating and cooling air-conditioners along with the glass fronted fireplace, we can offer complete comfort for all guests., whilst for those looking for some extra warmth, portable heaters are within each bedroom
