When I checked in to my room the it was COLD, they had not attempted to turn on the heat. the smoke detector was chirping, I found 2 floor tiles in the bathroom loose/wobble. We I informed the front desk about the detector & tiles, they did not offer me another room, just said they would see about fixing the detector. also there was no hot water, they had mentioned they were waiting for the plumber. when I returned later that evening the staff told me he would follow me to the room to fix the detector, then was pulled away. when I got into the room the detector had stopped chirping. I called down to inform. no one ever came to check on the floor tiles. it ended up being 3 tiles loose/moving. when I checked out, I was still not offered any discount on that stay or future stay. I would have assumed since I did not make a fuss & put up with the tiles, detector, no hot water, I would have been offered something. Also there was NO Breakfast that morning,,,,,,,,,,
