  • House is a legal duplex... Family can be together but separate!!!

    New private pool added this year !

    Located in KDH ... 2. Blocks from ocean and easy beach access! Older home redone to the studs! New kitchens, new baths, new electric and plumbing, new drywall and new central air!

    Unit 1: Ground level access to unit 1 ... Handicap friendly, 2 bedroom with NEW high end mattresses, 1 bath, living room with sleeper sofa, and kitchen / dining room.
