Great Home but Pricey

Home overall was clean and in good condition and we enjoyed our time. The location is wonderful and peaceful with ocean views and easy beach access. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the main living area was fantastic. Some constructive criticism for management: 1) we didn’t notice the downstairs bedroom lights were inoperable until our guests arrived late Friday. Our plans Saturday meant we couldn’t research until Saturday night, and with checkout Sunday we gave up. Please note the laundry and bathroom worked fine so we thought all clear. 2) no outdoor lights for the pool? Odd because the area is perfect for a poolside dinner otherwise. 3) yard was full of weeds and not well maintained. Again odd for otherwise such a nice house. 4) very few supplies. Example: one trash can liner for the house, no handsoap in 2 of the bathrooms, no extra toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, basic stuff. 5) guest instructions are lengthy and confusing. We put the trash at street as instructed on the fridge, but it wasn’t picked up. Summary: would I stay here again? Yes. But I highly recommend planning enough time to make all the beds, fully inspect the home for everything that should work, and plan to hit the local store for some basics like trash bags, soap and toilet paper before settling in the first night.

Vacation review

We really enjoyed the house and how close it is to the beach. Two things that I recommend are: The oven is old and probably needs replaced. The pool area could use some landscaping. The pool and hot tup are great. Overall very happy with exception of those two items.
