  • Experience the best of the Outer Banks from this beautifully appointed beach cottage in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Located just half a block from the iconic Avalon Pier and public beach access, you'll be perfectly positioned for sunrise walks, fishing adventures, family beach days, and evenings spent exploring local restaurants and shops.

    This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features a bright, open-concept living area with coastal-inspired decor, vaulted wood ceilings, and ample space to gather after a day in the sun.

    Outside, you'll find a private backyard retreat featuring a beautifully landscaped patio designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying the coastal breeze. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then unwind with family and friends as the sun sets and the evening settles in.

This was the absolute most perfect property my family could’ve asked for. The house was incredibly clean and packed full of essentials that are needed for any trip. The host was extremely responsive and informative with everything. The view from the top porch was one of the best I’ve ever had. There were fireworks for Fourth of July, and we had a perfect seat in the backyard to watch them launch off the pier. There’s an outside shower that’s perfect for cleaning off when coming back from the beach. Added plus the beach is across the street. We will definitely be back to this property next year.

MargaritaPhil is an amazing beach home. It is conveniently located near the beach and Avalon Pier. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the backyard is well manicured and inviting for an evening outdoors. Margaret has provided everything needed for a comfortable vacation at the beach…all you need is a beach towel and your swimsuit! Cannot say enough about this home. We hope to come back soon!
