Welcome to Nemo’s Retreat—your oceanfront escape!

This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the perfect home base for a relaxing coastal getaway. Step inside to stylish furnishings, and thoughtful upgrades throughout, including a new area rug, coffee table, side tables, lamps, kitchen table, and a Roku TV in the bedroom. 

Enjoy stunning mahogany tile flooring and breathtaking ocean views from the moment you walk in. Slide open the door to your private oceanfront balcony, complete with a pub table and chairs—ideal for sipping your morning coffee from the Keurig while watching the sunrise paint the sky.

The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, and the condo includes a washer/dryer and free WiFi for your convenience. Dog-friendly (with a fee), this condo is designed for both comfort and fun. You’ll love the easy access to the beach and the nearby fitness room.

Winter quiet getaway during COVID. Everything worked and was as stated. Beautiful beach. Couch is not very comfortable due to years of service but clean.

Long weekend get away

My husband and I had not visited the Outerbank yet and chose a long off season weekend to explore. Kill Devil Hills was very convenient for short exploratory excursions north one day and south the next. The condo made visiting during COVID very safe. We had lots of take out options available. One note of caution, the code on the door changes before 10:00 am departure date and we almost locked ourselves out while loading up. We will recommend First Flight condos to our friends in the DC area.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a nice weekend in Kill Devil Hills at this one bedroom condo. We stayed in November, caught great weather. Condo felt clean and well taken care of. Right on the beach, easy access to local restaurants and activities. Would stay here again and would recommend!
