Convenient and So comfortable

The house is wonderful - easy check in with a code. Rooms are nice, bathrooms and kitchen are perfect and there is a convenient washer/dryer. The upstairs porch is secluded and the house is close to the beach. We'd stay there again.

Quiet location, lovely sound access

The house is well maintained and clean. We loved the shaded yard with the hammock. The house is in a neighborhood which is quieter than maybe staying on the beach road. If you are planning to spend days at the beach you would need to pack a car and drive. The sound is one block away, an easy walk, with a pedestrian trail along the water--we could walk to a public gazebo on the water and watch the eagles nest! I suggest a few more items for the kitchen: a larger pot for pasta and a colander. The kitchen was otherwise very well stocked and we lacked for nothing. We enjoyed our stay and the location. I would book again.

Inside the house wasg generally good, but still needs some work. As one example, the kitchen window was full of cobwebs on the outside, making difficult to see out.The outside of property needs quite a bit of attention. Property owners should possibly need to spend some time there.

The location was fantastic, but unfortunately the property itself left a lot to be desired. Outside, the grill was unkept, the yard looked neglected, and there were cobwebs everywhere. Inside, while generally clean, there was a hole in the kitchen floor cabinet large enough for mice to come and go. We also experienced multiple unannounced visits from maintenance, which was disruptive. The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable—it felt more like an air mattress than a real bed.We absolutely love the area, but we wouldn’t choose this property again unless significant improvements are made.
