Good stay with friends

We had a very good stay at this rental. The check in process and communication with the property manager was great. Our only complaint would be that the A/C was not working in the top floor so we were not able to utilize the pool table/gaming area. Everything else was great and the house very clean and included all that was advertised .

Good Stay

The place is a nice place and good amenities. The couch smelled like a dog. Most of the shower and soap dispensers were empty. There were several broken things and missing trim pieces. propane tank on the grill was empty when we went to use it. They brought us a full tank in 20 minutes.

Besutiful house, grest location, disapointed in cleanliness upon ar as well as simple cleaning tools

At least some of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Especially noticeable up front was the bath in the bunk room where someone had an exlposion. Also, the facilityblacked a broom and dust pan, and mop/swiffer so that we could clean up after the kids when needed. I bought the broom, dust pan, and swiffer package myself.

Framily Weekend

This was our annual Framily Weekend with 4 families ranging in kids ages 3-18. We had a really nice time, there was plenty of space for everyone. Communication was fairly easy. When we got there there were piles of bags with linens sitting outside our place. I texted about it and they said they would come get it (they never did). They only have 2 trash cans and those were both half full when we got there so we had no space by the time we left in the trash cans. I would recommend getting more trash bins or making sure they are empty when people get there. Those 2 things were not a big deal. We loved the house and the location and would stay again.

Don’t Book with KEES!

House was plenty big with a great floor plan that accommodated our large family well, however the property management company was AWFUL and is the sole reason for the bad review. The house was filthy upon arrival. It was obvious that the floors had not been mopped in a very long time. No hand soap in several of the bathroom dispensers. Some of the bathrooms didn’t even come with toilet paper. There was trash left in the outside bathroom, the backyard had trash all over. The grill area had old food on the ground and was absolutely filthy. The ice maker provided did not work from day one. We called several times for them to come out to fix and were told they would have someone out to fix it quickly and assured it would be done with plenty of time left in our vacation. (Did not fix until the night before we left). None of the exterior lights worked. It was pitch black in the backyard and in the front parking area which made loading and unloading our vehicles very difficult. Called KEES regarding this and nothing was done about it. The location of this house is perfect, it was plenty big and spacious for our family and it has all the potential to be a great vacation house just not with KEES as the management company!
