As you pull up to the house you enter on the main/middle level with no stairs to contend with - one bed, bath, living room, dining & well stocked kitchen along with office space & sunroom plus deck with grill all located on this level.
Large open concept living room and kitchen. Sun porch offers those beautiful sights of the Canal/Sound as well! Deck off of sun porch is a PERFECT way to enjoy the sunsets with a nice glass of your favorite beverage!
Go up one level of inside stairs to the Master bedroom with attached ensuite with a private tub with more views of the Canal/Sound & shower with heat lamp. Lots of custom-made touches throughout this space - BONUS - mini-fridge in the master bath! The master bedroom is spacious with large closet and exterior deck facing the canal. Washer/dryer located upstairs as well along with 2nd bedroom with large closets!
