We had a wonderful stay at this property traveling as 4 adults and 3 children!The location was perfect and very close to public beaches as well as other attractions on the main road. The beach club that we were granted access to was well worth the drive, but it can be pretty busy. The neighborhood the house is located in is quiet and the road is not very busy. Clayton, the owner, was very quick to communicate any time I had a question and he was very friendly. There are a number of games downstairs, including cornhole, shuffleboard, chess, jenga, connect four, as well as some others that we did not get out of the closet. They provided several beach chairs (6 maybe) with straps on the back for easy carrying, as well as a few beach towels, an umbrella, and a boogie board. I believe all 3 of the TVs are smart TVs, and they're located in the living room, downstairs, and in the bunk bed room. Plenty of silverware and dishes available for adults and kids, as well as a pack and play and highchair for little ones. The projector was great, especially when watching from the hot tub on a cooler night. The only suggestion that I would make to the owner would be to potentially add a little tall table next to the hot tub, but otherwise everything is absolutely perfect.
