Welcome to the heart of the Outer Banks and Coast Is Clear. Located at milepost 7.5 and featuring 4 inviting bedrooms, hardwood floors, hot tub and even digital cable television, you’ll find Coast Is Clear a delightful start to your OBX family vacation.

Along with a screened in porch, this pet-friendly and recently renovated vacation home is just 200 yards from direct beach access. The lower level features a comfortable private suite and separate playroom loaded with toys and games. Shoot some hoops with the kids then unwind those tight muscles in the soothing hot tub.

Coast Is Clear is convenient to local attractions such as the Wright Brothers Memorial, shopping, dining, nightlife and even the popular Gallery Row. An outstanding value and wonderful selection for your next Outer Banks Vacation.

Great property and location. Easier to drive to the beach with older folks. Seperate living areas is basically two houses connected. Only outside access between the two. Not a big deal but definitely separated the party.

Best Vacation Week Ever!!!

We were so extremely happy with our stay at this property! It was spotless clean upon arrival. The kitchen was way more equipped than we anticipated!!! There were so many places to hang out between the screened in porch, deck, and hot tub area. We loved the in-law suite couch and TV and we hung out there regularly as a family. Overall we were thrilled with this property and will return to it for sure!!! Loved it so much!!!

Very Clean and Convenient

Our family stayed for one week in late June and we were absolutely thrilled with the house. The housekeepers did a phenomenal job at prepping the home for our arrival. Check in and out was seamless and Carolina Shores' staff is amazing. Definitely will stay here again!

Great property overall. A few small issues with a few items. Hot tub only one jet worked. Would have enjoyed access to downstairs via inside the property but not a deal breaker. Great location! Easy shopping, activities, dining and of course the beach.
