So Beachy

This unit was perfect. It was an amazing location, very clean, easy check-in check-out process. I loved that it was steps to the beach. I would defiantly stay there again.

Great place

Had a wonderful stay! Place is very nice. Excellent deck and phenomenal views of beach, both ways. Very spacious deck and great deck furniture. Great beds and pillows, nice dishes and cups, ample selection of pots, pans, skillets, nice furniture. Great bathrooms. Great selection of games and puzzles. Wasn’t sure how the steps would be, being on the 3rd floor, but it was no problem. We had a great stay.

In May, I was diagnosed with cancer, but I didn't want to cancel this trip because me and my family needed it. Over the past year, my dad suddenly died, my dog died, and then I was diagnosed with cancer. To say I was under a great deal of stress is the understatement of the year. We needed a relaxing vacation. This place looked great the reviews were promising. I kept getting emails and texts from the rental company and they SEEMED like they cared.Oh, they sure don't care about you. Let me explain... first, the cleaning situation. After getting diagnosed with cancer I am very sensitive to cleaning products. The cleaning company completely saturated the unit in pine-sol. It was nauseating. I almost passed out. The rental company sent an email asking if everything was good with the cleanliness and if we were satisfied, I replied and told them "no, this is very overpowering and not good for me in my current state". No reply. They didn't care. We just stayed outside as much as possible. They didn't make the beds, just tossed a bunch of shrink wrapped sheets all over and absolutely no soap of any kind for hand washing or dishes. Then, our AC went out and the after hours people pretended to send someone out, then ignored our calls. 12 hours total before it was fixed, as you can see they didn't deny that. No "sorry for the inconvenience". If it was the weekend who knows if it would ever be fixed. Noisy area. Overcrowded beaches. Uncaring staff. They just want your money
