Please Note:



1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.



2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding.



3. This property is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet-fee. We ask that guests remove all pet waste and dispose in outdoor trash. Keep pet leashed. Do NOT leave a pet unattended without a crate, if any issues could occur. We will charge guest damage fees and submit photos to Airbnb that may affect future travel on the platform.



4. No smoking or vaping inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay



Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
