Lots of noise , unfortunately we had an adjoining room and beside an exit door . Also , the fire exit door didnt work all of the time . The mag lock would let us out and we mentioned it to hitel staff several times and it was never fixed which could have been a life safety issue . Kids running up and down the hallway

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und konnten das Fenster weit öffnen. Das haben wir als sehr positiv empfunden. Das Frühstück hingegen war negativ. Am ersten Morgen war Schlange stehen angesagt und das Personal war wegen der Menschenmenge überfordert. Die Abgabe einer individuellen Bestellung war schlicht unmöglich. Am zweiter Morgen waren wir deutlich später frühstücken. Das war entspannt, leider wurden viele Waren nicht nachgelegt: es gabt kein Brot mehr sondern nur noch Toast und Marmeladen waren ausgegangen.

The rooms themselves were perfectly fine for a few nights, but each floor has additional stairs to get to your room (even after you've stepped off the elevator). This is a very family friendly hotel, so there were a lot of loud children and amenities catered towards them. Staff was kind, and it was a quick drive to downtown Killarney.

The property and staff were fabulous! The food was good, but was disappointed in breakfast. My biggest issue was the 30 minute walk to city center. Hotel was just a touch too much out of the way. Also, the hotel was a tour destination, constant flow of buses of tourists loading and unloading outside our window.

Das Zimmer war schön und modern , jedoch muss man sehr weit durch verschiedene Gänge laufen um es zu erreichen da es ein großer Hotelkomplex ist. Die Frühstücksauswahl war relativ klein , viele Sachen waren nich aufgefüllt ( Toast, Marmeladespender ) obwohl wir früh da waren. Gut sind die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Great hotel , great location. Staff so friendly and helpful. Only downfall..bring ur swim caps...states on hotel website that u dont need them but u do. We had to pay €2.50 each, wven after showing the website to the staff
