We enjoyed it and have only positive things to say. The hotel room had all the amenities (even a fan) and was very clean and quiet. It is attached to the Gleneagle so you were were able to use all the facilities that is part of that complex.

Room was tight on space. Breakfast came in a box, which with such a small room there was no where to sit. The breakfast in the box was ample. It was not totally clear that this was how we would receive breakfast and cost 15euros to upgrade to the restaurant. Only two restaurants to serve a huge complex meant that had to wait to be served and to queue, or book in advance. Otherwise the room was quiet and adequate, but it needed a light in the wardrobe corner as difficult to see what was in your case.

Best hotel we stayed at in Ireland, hands down. Clean, great gym and pool. Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. The room was very cool, nicely designed. They also gave us a take away pack with croissants and fruit for our drive the next morning. Really cute and highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel just outside Killarney. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We visited during a heatwave, and the hotel kindly provided a fan, which helped keep the room cool and made our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was provided in a convenient lunch box and included fresh fruit, porridge, a pastry, and juice. There were also tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, and free on-site parking, which was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel in a great location, and we’d happily stay here again.

Wonderful hotel was quite surprised how big it was. Even had an arena for concerts etc that sits about 4000. About a 7 minute drive to city centre to catch bus for tours. Very comfortable room and bed, also had breakfast (included) delivered to room from 7am. Had a lovely stay.

The room was very clean, we had a beautiful view of the mountains at the national park, and the staff was very friendly. We ate dinner there and the food was excellent and then went to the bar area for live music. The continental breakfast delivered to our door was delicious and it fed us most of the day it was so much! Highly recommend this hotel !!

Excellent check in. Lots of staff at reception. Very helpful to bring an iron to the room. Room was a good size. Excellent bathroom and shower. A nice walk in to the town and a shuttle bus option also. On the not so positives, the room could definitely use some maintenance. The large window would not close fully for me. Staff tried but the window could not close. I could hear noise outside. Not the end of the world but not really good enough for a four star hotel, or even a hostel, to have wonky donkey windows.

The continental breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of food options given in our individual boxes. The bathroom and shower were amazing. Plenty of hot water and pressure. The view was lovely and the double doors were a nice touch. The standard of the room was good but I found the bed very uncomfortable and unfortunately didn't sleep very well. In saying that mattress preference is very personal. I don't like hard mattresses. The pillows were lovely though.
