The property is beautifully situated on the edge of a large forested area and the views were spectacular. The property was in excellent shape, as described and we had an excellent stay! Be prepared for bit of a drive from town but well worth it - we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mangerton. The host was very accommodating and helpful. They had a last minute cancellation and we we were so excited to secure the booking. The Chalet was beautiful and immaculate. The property is nestled in an ideal location and the surrounding landscape is absolutely breathtaking. Merci Michael

Great place to stay - beautiful location

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Located in a really beautiful area, stunning scenery, very peaceful and quiet. Also very conveniently located to Killarney should you need to go in. The chalet is in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for your stay. We spent five nights there and enjoyed every moment of it. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great few days away.

The property is perfect for visiting this area. Clean and has everything you need. Away from all the crowds but close enough if you want to be a part of it all. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Location was fabulous. So peaceful

We had a fab time, so much wildlife around and close enough to drive to local shops if needed. We visited Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Muckross Abbey, Kinsale. We hope to go back in the near future.

Great place to leave it all behind!

The house is a bit hard to find - but well worth the hunt. The drive to and from the house is beautiful. At night, you can see every star. The house is modernized with a great shower, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, etc....but step outside and you are stepping back in time and you walk the mountains above the lakes. We were met by the owner the first night but did not see them after that - we stayed 5 nights. Absolutely would recommend this place and would go back again and again.
