On the Mountain

  • On the mountain and perfectly positioned between Bear and Snowshed, this charming three-bedroom, two-bath ski chalet is one great getaway. Close enough to see the Skyeship Gondola pass by but protected from prying eyes, the 2,312-square-foot home sleeps six and features incredible views, a wood-burning stove, bunk room, game room and bonus loft. Minutes from the lifts, as well as from the restaurants and shops, all you've got to do is get up and grab first chair.

Excellent home and host!

Beautiful home right on the mountain and a great location for accessing the Killington Resort. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. My friends and myself wished we could have stayed longer. Safe to say - this will be the first place I check for availability next time I am looking to come back to Killington!

Heaven on the side of a mountain

If you are looking for a mountain getaway that is close to the slopes and to restaurants, look no further! This spacious, clean, family friendly rental is what you need. We went with 4 adults, a baby and a dog and it was more than spacious! The hosts are amazing with communication and it literally is a walk to the hill! We will be going back and renting here again for sure.

Great experience

Everything to do with staying at this property was great. Communication was amazing from the start. The place was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for our group. The location could not have been better with the gondola drop off a short drive away. Dawn even reached out with the best paths to walk our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Great ski home close to Skyship Lodge

Dawn was a great host and her place is great! The house is exactly as pictured and conveniently located nearest Skyship lodge and the Great Eastern trail. The house is fully stocked and we found nothing we were without. There were a number of little touches that were a bonus - especially the “ready to light” wood stove and little treats. This was our first time to Killington and we hope to be back - especially since Mother Nature delivered 12”+ to make for some great skiing. Dawn was great to communicate with and very accommodating - we highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

This place was exactly as advertised! We are a small group of washed up 40 year old guys that get together for a weekend ski trip every year. We typically end up in a few hotel rooms/small condos where we have to go out to a bar or restaurant to have enough space to hang out together after the ski day is over with. This place was perfect for sitting down, enjoying a beverage, and telling tall tales of days past. Plenty of space and everything we could have wanted. Great communication with the owner and would highly recommend! 10/10
