「We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. 「This property is extremely overpriced. The pool was dirty. The yard was unkempt with garbage in it and grassy areas to my mid calf. The back door was apparently blown open by the wind and tore the door jam off— which was put in using penny nails instead of the correct kind. It looked like someone tried to break In but the owner assured us that didn’t happen because if they wanted to they could break in easily and wouldn’t have left it partially broken.
