Just two comments: the walk from the car to the unit was a little far, but fortunately it wasn’t raining. The water from the bathroom faucets when first turned on shoots out in a projectile so got wet a few times. Did use the pool and that was very nice!”

“Very nice property but a lot of stairs to get to our unit and not easily accessible. We had to park on the road in front of the unit and climb up 30 stairs with big suitcases, coolers and groceries. Boat dock was very far from our unit and there were not enough signs on the property to help visitors find their way around the property. Otherwise very nice peaceful setting.”

“This place has everything and more. We rent places in Branson but it is always an issue bringing my boat down. It's a small fishing boat, but always an issue with no where to store it, or the community doesn't allow boat storage on the premises. This place had a boat slip that came with the room. Not to mention the amenities were awesome. The pool was CLEAN and huge with more than enough space. Tons of comfortable seating around the pool as well. We loved playing mini golf, corn hole and hiking.……

“It’s quiet and in a nice location but we opted not to bring our pets because of how expensive the daily pet fee and the extra cleaning fee was. It’s clear they weren’t thorough with the cleaning as we found hair in the showers and pet hair still on the couches. It makes no sense to me to charge extra for the pet cleaning fee if they aren’t thorough. We took pics and sent it to them to make sure they were aware about the issue. Also that this management company has a weird tendency of sending……
