Stay at breakfast let the score down, as we’d not pre-booked we felt to be an inconvenience to the staff team and asked to stand back while other guest were dealt with. After waiting, having a credit machine thrust at us we were then ‘permitted’ to sit at the table we were standing beside, it spoiled an otherwise great experience.
