“This home is nice and in a nice location. We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of……

“I stayed there with my two dogs. We were competing at a dog trial at the Winston Salem Dog Training Club, which is very close to this house, so it was very convenient. We walked in a nearby park and visited the historic Bethabara Park which was very interesting. Everything was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The property was cozy, quiet, clean, and very close to downtown. I was in the area to spend time with family, and was able to host my sister and her two kids with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This home was absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend this home to anyone that needed 4 bedrooms. Great location, close to everything. It had an upstairs area in addition to the 4 bedrooms. Host was fantastic. Would be perfect if you want to bring your dog. When we booked, we planned on bringing our dog, but ended up boarding him. He would have loved it. Small dog - 20 lbs and would have been perfect for him.Home was very clean when we arrived. It was 6 of us staying there. Plenty……

“JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!”

“Love the area. Kernersville is a great community. Loved the huge backyard! The washer and dryer were so great to have. The things I didn't like were the open ceiling above the shower. It was scary. Horrible water pressure, too! The air conditioner wasn't working the last 2 days. It was only good as a fan. Luckily, the evenings were cooler and the ceiling fan helped a lot.”
